WHITE PLAINS, NY – According to Kevin Zawacki of White Plains Patch, a Westchester woman allegedly stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise from Neiman Marcus at 1 Paulding St. in White Plains on March 10, 2013. Employees claim they saw the woman put three gold chains in her bag.
The woman was arrested by the White Plains police and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree which is a felony. In New York, a person can be charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree when the property stolen exceeds $1000 in value.
